We are looking to hire an experienced retail store manager to lead the operations and customer service of Reality Rift Arena, the best in class gaming cafe in Singapore.
As Arena Manager, you are required to work closely with the founders to develop strategy and operate gaming & esports arena business.
You will be overall responsible for the operations aspect of the arena and required to manage a team of service crew.
Scope of Work:
- Ensure daily operations of the arena, including management of service crew
- Manage 3rd parties such as IT support, suppliers, event organizers, etc.
- Continually seek ways to improve the arena customer experience, products and services offering
- Proactively engage with both service crews and customers to identify and resolve issues
- Support the team in various events, duties and projects undertaken from time to time
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in retail store management
- Must be passionate about gaming, interest in esports will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skill with excellent customer support thinking
- Logical thinking, & problem solving skills
- Entrepreneurial experience or thinking is good to have
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- IT background / skills will be an advantage
