FACY relaunched in October 2020 and with a beta test version. We're going to be making improvements at a faster pace than ever before, and we're aiming for a full launch next year. The position we are looking for is the Lead UI Designer. You will be responsible for compiling the direction of our launch next year and incorporating it into the design. This is a very important position where you will be responsible for all of FACY's app UI design.

We have a total of 30 people in our organization, which is made up of a product department and a business department. You would be working as a part of product department together with 11 engineers (Android, iOS and backend) and two other designers. The work also includes constant communication with other teams as well. The product department consists of 11 engineers and 2 designers. Since the number of designers is currently small, we are looking to create a design organization and design culture in the future. Therefore, if you are interested in leading a team and creating a design culture, that's even better.

Styler's culture is very unique. We have a total of 13 members from nine different countries, especially in the product department. Since we are an international team, we communicate mainly in English, and although cultural and linguistic differences are never easy, many of us enjoy working with each other. We have adopted agile as our development methodology. This means we release early, often and iterate to improve. FACY ｃ online and offline to create the richest shopping experience in the world. We are going to go far beyond the realm of existing fashion apps and trying to provide a new service different from what is available out in the world now.
