✅ The job responsibilities will include:
•Lead and manage large and complex sub-projects from planning to value realization with lasting impact, lead clients day to day, including organizations in the public, private and social sectors
•Discuss new projects and build long-lasting relationships preferably at the most senior levels within the client organization
•Design, manage and deliver organizational and leadership development programs
•Support growth for less experienced colleagues
•Oversee the creating and codification of new knowledge to enhance Agnus Consulting’s library of IP
•Undertake other responsibilities of the company in areas where your skills and interest match the need of the company e.g. admin, research, reputation building, recruiting, etc

⭐The candidate must:
•Have at least 5 years’ relevant work experience involved in complex projects with multiple stakeholders
•Be a top performer: have excelled across their education and professional career
•Have demonstrated leadership in their professional or extracurricular life, and demonstrated impact in these roles
•Be fluent in English and Mandarin.
•Be based in Hong Kong, and willing to travel, mainly within Asia
⭐It would be advantageous for the candidate to:
•Have work experience in consulting, organizational development, strategy, project management roles
•Have experience in coaching and facilitation, in professional or extracurricular settings
•Able to communicate and work with senior stakeholders in multinational organizations
•Be fluent in Cantonese
•Hold a Master’s degree from one of the top universities with an outstanding record of academic achievements
