HULA (Thehula.com) is an e-commerce consignment platform for the resell of designer womenswear, selling over 5000 pieces in mostly new or never worn conditions, across 1000 brands from Isabel Marant to Chanel. We have just launched our very first pre-owned warehouse in Hong Kong, so now have an off and online experience, where we host monthly events. As well as helping the environment with fashion sustainability, HULA also donate 5% of our net profits to partnered charities. We have a Butler Service where we do all the hard work for our consigners - from collection, listing, uploading, storage and communicating with buyers - so our sellers dont have to lift a finger!
Looking for a part time book-keep / admin person to help us get organised on a weekly basis 4-6 days per week (this could later grow into a fuller role with more days later). This person must be able to do simple accounting work and know how to use Excel and basic Office Suite. They MUST enjoy being organised!
- Check and consolidate sales across online and both offline stores
- Help keep receipts and invoices in order and filed digitally
- To use our simple back end system to download data from POS or CMS
- Track and trace payments
- Send monthly statements to sellers by email once a month
- Make online banking payments to sellers once a month
- Work with our accountant on consolidating data
- Help with simple HR & Company related admin work
- Help with ordering office supplies when required
- Help to file paperwork in the correct manner
