Job Description: Electrical Engineering - Install improvements and major upgrades to electrical plant and subsystems - Modify motor power control apparatus circuits according to the drawings - Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams - Prepare maintenance and repair schedules and coordinate activities with varied departments - Plan and prepare work orders or instructions utilizing blueprints, sketches and drawings - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all preventive maintenance duties - Evaluate electrical as well as operational problems - Identify methods to reducethe electrical usages of machinery and equipment - Check the total electric and compressed air quantity to provide electrical guarantee for the later stage project. Electrical Equipment Maintenance & Upgrades - Ensure all Company machineries are properly maintained and manage the repair and maintenance of the machineries - Repair and maintenance of electrical components in machineries which includes dust collecting systems etc - Perform defensive repair and preservation of field, facility wiring and equipment, and shop/source for electronic and electrical systems, equipment and devices - Test solid-state circuitry to determine defective components in analog and digital equipment along with defective parts replacement - Coordination with contractors and vendors for office facilities such as forklifts, electricity and gas for maintenance services - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all preventive maintenance duties - Inventory management of electronic spare parts - Quickly solve the electrical problems in the production process. PLC / Control Box Drive the adoption, maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC and Control Boxes in existing production process. - Assist to organize safety briefing. Drive all safety initiatives. - Actively participate and drive all BizSafe and ISO related. - Stand in for production planner when he or she is on leave. - Any other duties related to the role. Job Requirements - Min. ITE Diploma in Electrical Installation & Servicing or any equivalent qualifications. - Working experience of at least 5 years in related field. - Electrician principle knowledge including electrical drawing. - Experience in using software such as AutoCad, CAXA or any other related software. - Hands-on experience including but not limited to electrical equipment installation, dismantling & modifications. - Physically strong to fix & carry heavy items - Able to communicate and write with both English & Mandarin.
