Description: - Revit & Bentley 2D drawing production for approval and construction etc. purposes for all disciplines of Archi, C&S and MEP - Support 3D BIM Modelling in Revit and Bentley if necessary - Support 4D, 5D and 6D BIM development in Revit and Bentley if necessary - Attend coordination meetings with clients, for client office, site etc. - Update all disciplines’ BIM model in both Revit and Bentley according to coordination meeting and clash report, either do it yourself or work with technical team - Develop & Maintain project BEP & documentation - Prepare project as-built submission - Study projects requirement and help with compliance table etc. for quotation - Support sales and other colleague when necessary - This job may need after office hour effort, such as online chat/call discussion, zoom session - Most work will be from office, but if necessary will be deployed on site - Help update Open Book order and cash flow record - Support management and team regarding any last minutes tasks. Requirement: · Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction · Familiar with code requirements and BIM submission standards · Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Revit, Bentley MicroStation & AECOsim · Working knowledge in Synchro 4D is an advantage · Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the built environment industry · Communicates well, able to work independently as well as in a team to deliver projects in a timely manner.
