・Use classic marketing capabilities product launching strategies and activities, market understanding, market segmentation, product positioning, message development, tool and communication creation and execution to further the Zimmer Biomet Knee business objectives ・Develop and execute competitive Marketing plans, utilizing cross-functional team members, to include market analysis, strategies, tactics and measurement designed to provide sales and marketing advantage for the Zimmer Biomet Knee Portfolio. ・Prepare long range, annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for each respective product line. Analyze forecasts variances and recommend corrective actions to minimize future back orders or potential obsolescence. Review forecast for product requirements and originate plans and objectives to continually be competitive with or ahead of market needs. ・Lead the strategic Knee team with vision, maturity and be able to foster an open, challenging, stimulating and positive environment that enables colleagues to be their best. ・Support market research activities in analyzing and identifying market needs and issues. Aid in evaluating existing product lines in light of those changes and collaborate with other marketing members to develop line simplification strategies where appropriate. ・Determine pricing strategy to maximize opportunities and minimize potential biannual reimbursement cuts. ・Assist in directing medical education courses reflecting the needs of surgeons, including recommending appropriate faculty and topics to be covered at Medical Education functions. ・Participate in conventions and professional exhibitions to maintain company image and remain aware of product requirements and new market opportunities.
