どうやっているのか

The Linkfluence offering combines Radarly, a leading Social Media monitoring & engagement tool, and cuttingedge Social Media research approaches, such as network analysis. You will be working with a young, energetic and rapidly growing international team of 200 people. We are looking for passionate and smart people to help us shaping next generation social media intelligence (SMI) software.

こんなことやります

MISSIONS: Your main mission will be related to Social Media Monitoring • Build and update complex semantic queries used to collect data in order to respond to client’s specific issues and needs. • Develop and manage dynamic social dashboards and qualification of results. • Monitor the news and issues concerning the client’s portfolio. • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data and interpret results • Write recommendations (marketing, communications, public affairs, etc.) • Product daily/weekly/monthly reports and/or ad hoc social listening projects on various topics. • Lead client or prospect meetings as social data expert Your second mission will be related to Account Management • Retain and developing our existing client portfolio • Guarantee optimal customer service by accompanying clients on daily basis thanks to your Radarly expertise • Coordinate with internal teams (Research department, Engineering, Product, etc.) • Train customers on Radarly • Implement client projects: advising clients on their projects, setting data collection queries, building dynamic dashboards etc. • Drive awareness of additional services ABOUT YOU • As a must: fluent in Japanese (native or totally fluent). A good level in English is also mandatory. • Minimum 2 years of successful experience in monitoring or studies. This professional experience led you to work on the image and reputation of major brands and companies (qualitative and quantitative). • Passionate about the digital ecosystem and in-depth knowledge of online media and the social web: Monitoring platforms and data-mining tools. • Rigorous, methodical and have good writing skills; strong analytical and interpretation abilities • Enthusiastic with great interpersonal skills PLACE OF WORK: Japan first.
