We are looking for an engineer to play a critical role in Wantedly's business expansion to new markets. If you're a strong team player with a flair for inter-team communication, and has an international mindset and is willing to relocate to Tokyo, we would love to speak to you! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ------------------------------- The successful candidate will report to, and work closely with the International Team on the following: - Work with team to develop and fix product features - Play a key role in developing an entrepreneurial, proactive, high-intensity culture WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ------------------------------------- - Experience in either Frontend, Backend, iOS and/or Android development (those with knowledge of Ruby on Rails will be at an advantage) - Working experience in Software Development, (those with experience in the internet orrecruitment industry will be at an advantage) - Share our passion for expanding Wantedly’s business globally - Are willing to take big risks and learn from mistakes - Can take initiative and contribute new ideas in order for the team to succeed - Can take ownership of their work, and give 100% towards everything - If you know how to speak/write Japanese, that will be a big plus!
