We make the most important events in our clients’ lives to be as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Through strategic partnerships formed over the years, we are versatile and adaptable to each client’s unique needs and preferences. Since our inception, we have specialized in corporate events such as Dinner & Dance, Team Building Events, Product Launches, and Seasonal Corporate Gifts. We also offer Photobooth, Photography and Videography services. We also do Casual Events such as Picnics, Dessert Tables and Room Decorations.

We are a group of professional event planning executives, specialising in managing & organizing events to best cater to the needs and requirements of our clients. From creative directors to event managers, our team is pleased to take charge of our clients' event, ensuring satisfactory results. Position: Event & Marketing Executive Frequency: 2-3x a week (Flexible Working Hours & Days) Location: WCEGA Tower Requirements: - At least 4 months commitment - Min. Higher Nitec or Diploma - Have their own laptop - Team Player, Responsible, Resourceful Roles & Responsibilities: - Assisting with Event Planning such as contacting suppliers - Client Proposals, Invoices, etc - Handle Enquiries & Cold Calling - Event Attendance - Content Creation & Scheduling - Other Administrative Matters - Contract length: 4 months - Job Types: Part-time, Internship, Contract Click on "I'm Interested" to apply now!
