I am an operational executive with extensive experience in modifying supply chains to promote animal welfare in the food retail sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for public outreach, as well as for campaign planning and promotion, I have a verifiable history of contributing directly to company growth and expansion throughout my career. Professional focal points include organisational development, donor relations, partnership development, research and analysis, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, cross-functional team leadership, complex problem-solving, client relationship management, and project management. Delivering superior administration on the latter areas of expertise requires utilization of effective communication and negotiation skills, as well as business acumen, systems analysis, and resource management to support efficiency and maximum returns. Currently, I am the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Global Food Partners. Under my leadership, I conceptualize, plan, and implement key initiatives to promote higher welfare production systems in the food sector. I also spearhead the development of innovative traceability and supply chain solutions for animal-sourced protein. In addition, I liaise with senior staff, stakeholders, and donors to ensure that the organisation’s support structure is driving operations forward with minimal expenditures. グローバル・フード・パートナー（GFP）は、シンガポールを拠点とする多国籍企業のコンサルタント会社で、フード＆ホスピタリティ企業や卵のサプライヤーと協力して、より高い動物福祉と責任ある調達目標と生産方法を開発、実施、維持しています。GFPは、中国、シンガポール、韓国、日本、マレーシア、インドネシア、タイ、フィリピンなど、アジアの主要市場におけるケージフリーの卵の調達と生産に重点を置いています。 Global Food Partners (GFP) is a Singapore-based multinational consultancy firm that works with food & hospitality businesses and egg suppliers to develop, implement and maintain higher animal welfare and responsible sourcing goals and production practices. Our focus is on cage-free egg procurement and production in key markets in Asia, including China, Singapore, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and The Philippines.

Global Food Partners is expanding in Japan and we are seeking a full-time Business Development Consultant based in Tokyo! ビジネス・ディベロップメント・リードは、食品・サービス業のお客様や鶏卵業界の関係者と長期的な関係を築き、管理することで、日本における高福祉のケージフリー鶏卵の調達・生産方法への移行を支援する役割を担います。業界イベントの企画や参加、国内の主要なステークホルダーとのミーティングのリードなど、デスクワークとフィールドワークの両方を担当します。 The scope of work for our BD Lead is as follows: 1. 食品小売業者、食品加工・製造業者、レストラングループ、フードサービスプロバイダー、ホスピタリティ企業、航空会社、卵の供給者・生産者、関連業界団体など、現在および潜在的な顧客や、日本の業界関係者との企業関係の構築と管理 2. チームと協力して、企業顧客のケージレス卵調達方針の策定と実施をサポートし、サプライヤーと生産者が適切なガイダンスとリソースを得られるようにする 3. 日本国内の業界関係者および企業顧客との主要な連絡窓口となる 4. 日本語を母国語とするステークホルダーとのプレゼンテーション、電話、インタビューなどの際の言語通訳のサポート、日本語リソースの開発 5. 会議、メディアインタビュー、ウェビナー、セミナー、ワークショップ、カンファレンスなどでGFPのスポークスマンとして活躍し、食品やホスピタリティ業界のステークホルダーや潜在的な顧客との関係を深め、会社の認知度を高める 6. 日本のフード＆ホスピタリティ企業、業界団体、その他関連する業界のステークホルダーのデータベースの構築と維持 Our ideal candidates will have the following requirements: 1. 日本語を母国語とし、優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力を持ち、英語の書面および口頭での知識を有すること / Good working knowledge of English, both written and spoken 2. 営業、事業開発、サプライチェーン、調達、サステナビリティ、CSRイニシアチブなど、食品業界やホスピタリティ業界での3～5年以上の業務経験 3. サプライヤー、フード＆ホスピタリティ協会、イベント主催者、メディア、その他関連するステークホルダーとの関わりや協力の経験 4. 日本の食品およびホスピタリティ業界における強力なネットワークを有することが望ましい 5. 国内での出張が可能なこと（不定期に農場を訪問することがあります 6. 優れた組織力と問題解決能力を持ち、単独でもチームでもうまく仕事ができること 7. 経営学または持続可能性に関する学位があれば、さらに有利であり、農場の動物福祉に関する知識があれば、さらに有利です Our ideal candidate will be working remotely with Singapore team and as well as the animal scientists, and we expect collaboration with other team members in Asia.
