■Primary responsibilities ・Answer user inquiries through email and live chat in a speedy and professional manner. Communicate with users across various platforms to answer questions, give tips, and build trust. ・Contribute to the continuous improvement of the communication between the user and the product. ・Create measurable growth goals and strategize to achieve them. ・Participate in workshops on client sites and be a product evangelist. ・Create content such as blog posts, help pages and tutorials in an easy-to-follow and engaging manner. ・Work closely with the customer success and product teams to deliver the best results to users and build a better product together. ■Requirements ・Native Taiwanese speaker. ・Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. ・User-driven and strive to give professional, friendly, speedy, and quality support at all times. ・A team player who is eager to contribute and help the team improve and move forward but can also work independently when need be. ・Passion for user-centered design and product development. ・An interest in collecting, analysing and using data to drive growth. ■What we offer ・Opportunity to grow quickly as a customer success guru, by working on various international and fun products. ・Creative and inspiring environment with the chance to work with people across different disciplines. ・Really cool office in the heart of Tokyo.
