職務内容
We are looking for solution engineers to join our enterprise software team in Japan. The solution engineering organization is responsible for our pre-sales process including discovery, needs analysis, demo, and other activities needed to partner with the Sales team in an enterprise software sales cycle.
This role will work closely with customers to build trust and understand their business needs while partnering with sales, go-to-market, and customer success teams to deliver impact.
- Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle from create to close
- Own the discovery and qualification process to fully understand customers' business objectives and pain points
- Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations showcasing our platforms strengths as it aligns to customer needs
- Drive the evaluation process of our solutions including identifying key customer objections and partner with the Sales team to create a strategy to resolve blockers
- Engage in and champion the proper processes for a motivated, balanced, and highly efficient team capable of scaling up at later stages of organizational maturity

Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise software solution engineering or highly relatable functions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Self-driven and track record in exceeding goals
- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes
- Highly strategic with strong product sense for innovative enterprise software
Preferred Requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise office collaboration software
- Knowledge of corporate shared services functions
- "Start-Up" mindset or experience on approach of problems and polished resolutions
- Rockstar demonstration skills with an eye for getting solution messaging and assets on point
