I graduated in Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Service Management in Edinburgh Napier University in 2012. I have 6 years customer service experience and 5 years account servicing experience in hotel and media industry.

I’m a friendly and independent person who can work well with team and communicate with others. Also, I have a strong sense of responsibility to finish the duties and satisfy guests’ and boss’s needs and requires.
