Yeonju is currently working as a Product Designer at LG Electronics in Seoul, Korea. Since she received her master's degree, she has developed User eXperience for smart TVs, home appliances and related mobile applications, targeting various user demographics for 4 years.
Her work starts from listening to users and discovering problems from field data. After setting up a hypothesis, finding a solution throughout the design process is her favorite—from creating user flows and wireframes to building prototypes. In particular, she loves the journey where one idea overcomes all limitations and issues and eventually surpises people and delights them as a product. Thanks to her educational background, collaboration, especially with engineers, is her thing for sure.
She is always trying to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies, and improve herself by learning something new. Traveling, photography & coffee are her all times hobbies and she kills time on reading about fashion. Recently, she is into ESG and the new normal.
Currently, she is looking for new opportunities in Tokyo.
