Prior to going on a trip, it's advisable that you get hold of your Rwanda visa card. You will then be able to begin processing your trip, by booking tickets to your trip and hotel bookings. You are also able to get a hold of your card online in the Rwanda embassy, or even in another foreign country where you're headed. It's also possible to have a hold of your visa at a post office near Kigali. This method does not yet guarantee that your visa will arrive punctually.
