I start working in Wantedly,Inc in November on 2015. Soon after a week of training, I went to Indonesia....as a official business stay. My stay is full of unbelievable culture shock and slapstick. But so far so good and I'm enjoying it. I'm in charge of Business Development in Indonesian market.
My mission is to spread the "Wantedly Way" into Indonesian market. That is Social Recruiting" method. The recruiting method in SEA and Japan is totally different, but I still think there is the chance to target on the market niche, which is not captured by big companies.
I was born in Yokohama Prefecture in Japan. My major was international politics and economics. I can use Japanese,English, and Indonesian. (In terms of Indonesian language, still no sedikit sedikit saja deh...)
When I was university student,I went around 7 South Asia countries in the activities in NGO running cross border internship. That experience drives me in deciding to work overseas. Luckily I got the chance to work in SEA and this job is totally exciting to me. However I'd really like to work abroad with my own business in the future..
I worked in a big distribution company, which has the advantage in the assortment of environment-friendly daily use groceries, organic vegetable and processed food. Also, I worked part-time in "Ramen" restaurant when I was a university student. I worked there as a vice-manager. That is why I really love tasting the good meals and finding the Ingredient of it.
I'd like to pursue there themes below in my lifetime journey. "Asia" "Tasty& Fine Food" "Business Development " "CSR"
International Growth (Business Development in Indonesia)

- Administrating the Sales team and pursue the KPI in the team. - When I worked as a Sales Supervisor, I worked with 15 Sales members in our team. - When I worked as a Delivery Agency Supervisor, I worked with around 100 Drivers in our team.
I was in charge of the internationalization in our local committee. What I did was as follows; 1. inviting the international members to our local committee. 2. Sending our members to the other local committee around the world.
I manage to accept two members into our University and send around 30 members in a year. The business to get our community internationalizing was the first trial in our organization, but that effort resulted in fostering the open atmosphere to the other countries' people. After 3 years from my first attempt, younger members expanded the business and they have 5 members from other country and 40 members abroad in a year!
