In my 1st career, I worked as web director and product owner as one of the largest SNS company, mixi. At that time, mixi was a dominant position of SNS industry while Twitter, Facebook, and Line came out to the industry at that time. My responsibility was to monetize the mixi app platform business with designer and engineer team releasing new promotion campaign and improving UI/UX for app users to improve number of in-app purchase users and average revenue per users.
