An LA-based company providing personalized jewelry design, brand management and creation services. MD Creation is a company that empowers brands to achieve their full potential by delivering effective brand management, marketing strategies, new media technology services, and logistics management. We manage in-house E-commerce brands as well as providing multimedia marketing and business development support for other brands. With our international team, we are able to build our network and take our know-how in different local markets around the world.

Our mission is to create a vibrant business hub connecting customer needs, innovative technology, and professional talents in one seamless global network, contributing to the rapidly rising and growing custom jewelry and lab-grown diamond industry.
どうやっているのか
We believe that high-performing colleagues are self-motivated “superstars”. They are naturally passionate about what they do, and they don't rely on formalised training or development. The natural "superstars" we look for do not need "management". We recruit and select talents with high potential and leadership qualities.
We look for soft skills more than hard skills: proactiveness, sense of responsibility, communication and presentation skills, discipline and diligence, courage, creativeness, etc. Characters and personalities can hardly be gained or improved through daily work, thus we consider these matching qualities when we select our talents.
We minimize formalized traditional management: there's hardly any fixed organizational chart; position titles are not a meaningful thing here; recurring meetings that don't initiate actions are avoided. However, all colleagues are expected to understand our company strategies, goals, and priorities clearly; we share context and information transparently; ad-hoc coordination and organized catch-ups proactively occur anytime and anywhere.
