最近花粉症がすごくて、SPeakでもかなりの強敵ですね〜、、、

寝るときは加湿器と濡れタオルを干しておかなきゃ喉がやられるので、みなさんも注意してください！！！

Recently everyone in Speak has been sacrificed from allergies to pollen… It is a troublesome enemy!　It is necessary to hung the wat towel and use humifiber to protect our throat while we are sleeping.

この間はインタビューしてくれてありがとう！（笑）

僕、蛇食べたことあるけど、まさかSPeakであんなに驚かれると思わなかったよ！（笑）

当たり前だと思ってた（笑）

Thank you for writing an article for interviewing me!

I had not expected to be surprised at SPeak about eating snakes!

I thought it was usual….

いや、普通じゃないよ！（爆笑）

ゴキブリも助けるなんてそれも面白すぎ（笑）

俺も何か面白いこと言いたい！（笑）

Q１　それではまず自己紹介お願いします！！

So please introduce yourselves!!

（リソン）

はい！Lisong Wangです！

中国の無錫 （むしゃく）から来ました！！

故郷を離れてから思ったのですが、とても綺麗なまちです！！

今は明治大学でビジネスにについて学んでいます！

だから、この社会をよくするビジネス全てに興味があります！！（熱血！）

Hello, I am Lisong Wang! I am from China mainland! My hometown is Wuxi.Jiangsu.

After I left from my hometown. I realized my hometown is so beautiful that I'm proud of it.

Now I am studying in Meiji University as an undergraduate student. My major is Business Administration. I love everything is related to business which has good effect on our society.

いいですね！！僕もビジネス好きです！！チャレンジングなことは楽しいですからね！！

（あとで無錫について調べたらリソンがいった通りすごく綺麗な町です！！）

Perfect! I like Business too! It is interesting to do something challenging!!

(after the interview I searched about Wuxi. As Lisong said it was beautiful city! )

リソンは何か国語話せるんだっけ？？

So how many languages could you speak??

（リソン）

僕は中国語、日本語、英語の３か国語話せます！！

でも、まだまだグローバルな人にはなれていないと思っています！！

もっと勉強したり、経験を積んで、様々なバックグラウンドを持つ人と仕事をできるようになりたいです！

I can speak Chinese, japanese and English! But I don't think I am global enough.

I want to have more global skills like working well with people from different cultural backgrounds and doing global business well.

（たっちゃん）

すごい！リソンは熱心だな〜！

僕は日本語と英語を話せるけど、中国語はまだ、、、（笑）

（実は次の授業で中国語を取ろうと思ってるのでリソンに教えてもらおう、、、笑）

でも、リソンとはいつも日本語で話してるし、相当日本語がうまいよ！

向上心があって素敵！！一緒にSPeakで頑張ろう！！

リソンは将来何がしたい？？

Great! You are so enthusiastic!!

I can speak japanese and English, but not Chinese…

(I will take Chinese class next term so maybe he can teach me!!)

I always talk to you i Japanese. And you are pretty good!!

I like your ambition! I am proud to work with you!!

So what do you want to do in future??

（リソン）

うん！

夢は世界をもっとグローバルにして、いろんな人がいろんなところで過ごしたり、働けるようにしたい！！そうすれば、人生が彩り豊かになるからね！！

Basically I have a dream, I want to make the whole world become global and everyone can live and work in different countries as many as they want in the future . I think it makes our life more colorful and enjoyable.

（たっちゃん）

それはいい夢だよ！SPeakはその役割を担っていると思う！！

That’s a wonderful dream! I think that is what Speak are doing!!

（リソン）

そうなんだ！だからSPeakでインターンしてる！

Q2　なんでインターンをSPeakでしようと思った？？

Why did you choose “SPeak” for Internship？

（リソン）

さっきもいったようにグローバルな職場を経験したいから！！

そして、グローバルな人がたくさんいるから！！それと人と繋がるのも好きだから！！

As I said that because SPeak’s working environment is global! I wanted to work at such a place! So I am working!

And also because I like to connect with people!

（たっちゃん）

確かに！！

（SPeakで働いている人はみんなそう言います！！）

僕もそれが楽しいから、働いていると時間がすぐ経ってしまうよ！（笑）

みんな仲が良くていいよね！

That is the fun point in SPeak, so time goes fast!!

Everyone is very kind!! So easy to be friends with!!

（リソン）

僕もそう思う！！もっと多様な人が集まるともっと楽しいね！！

I think so too. So I hope to SPeak to be more diverse!

Q3　今SPeakで何をしている？What are you doing at SPeak ??

（リソン）

うーん、、、たくさんの事！！

um... many things!

（たっちゃん）

それを聞いてるんだよ（爆笑）

I know ! I am asking about that :)

（リソン）

そうだね！（笑）

最初は企業分析とかの英語で記事を書いたりしていたけど、一回セミナーをひろみさん（CEO）と開いたり、総合商社についての業績分析のプレゼンテーションもしたよ！！

今、Wantedlyの記事の閲覧数を増やすために頑張っている！！

At first, I was writing about company analysis or something like that. I’ve held a seminar with Mr.Hiromi (CEO) and moreover I’ve done a presentation for an industry analysis for a General trading company !

For now I have been making an effort to increase the view for Wantedly articles!

（たっちゃん）

いいね！すごく楽しそう！！俺もやってみたいな！

そうだね！今は一緒にWantedly の記事を頑張っているね！

Wow it seems very interesting! I want to do it too!

（リソン）

うん！これからももっといろんなことがしたいよ！！

Yes! I want to do many kind of things!

Q 4 　SPeakで働いてどのような成長が出来た？？ How did you progress yourself through SPeak??

（リソン）

そうだね、、、

タイムマネジメントとかチームワークとかかな！！

でもたくさんありすぎてわからない（笑）

Let me think…

It would be Time management and work as a team,,,

There are too many things that I learned from SPeak!!

（たっちゃん）

確かに！！

毎日たくさんのことを学んでいるから働きがいがあるよね！

（リソン）

もっと学びたい！！

Yeah I want to learn more!!

Q5　SPeak の強みはどこですか？What is the strength of SPeak？

（リソン）

やっぱり、バイリンガルな人がたくさん集まることかな！！

しかも、日英の作業をみんな効率よくできるから最高！

そして、みんなフランクで壁がないから接しやすいし、だから仕事もやりやすい！！

Needless to say that SPeak is the place where it would be cold “Global”! That is the strength! Everyone in SPeak has the ability to work efficiently with bilinguals. Moreover they are easy to talk to so I feel comfortable working at SPeak!

（たっちゃん）

それはほんとに思う！

僕もまだ働き初めて１ヶ月くらいだけどすごく打ち解けたよ！

（自分のことが褒められるいるようで少し上機嫌、、、（笑））

I strongly agree with you!! I have been working here for a month but soon I ice-break with a worker!!

(I became good humor because I feel that I was praised. :))

（リソン）

やっぱり意見が言いやすいから会社と自分のためにもなる！

インターン生はCEOの下で働いてるけど、始めたばかりだから一緒に起業している感があっていいかな！！

And also because I could say my opinion easily, so it would be beneficial for me and SPeak! Even though I am working under the CEO, I feel “we are starting a business”.

（たっちゃん）

そうだね！リソンはビジネスが好きだっていっていたからめっちゃいい環境だね！

確かに自分で他の企業とコネクションを作るのはすごくいいね！！楽しい！

少ししんどいことでも全然頑張れるね！

You said that you like business so it would be a perfect environment for you!

And also we have the opportunity to make connections with other companies so it is fun!

Like I do not feel bored!

Q6 どんな人と働きたい？？ What kind of people would you like to work with??

（リソン）

それはやっぱり、SPeakのWorkerみたいな人！！

重要なのはボーダーレスで多様性があることだよ！！

I want to work with people like SPeak workers! The importance is “borderless”!

（たっちゃん）

（さらに褒められたみたいで嬉しいたっちゃん）

絶対そうだよね！（笑）

SPeakは就職をボーダーレスにすることを目指すからそこは必須だ！

Absolutely! The purpose of SPeak is to make finding employment borderless! So that is necessary!

（リソン）

あと、上下関係を気にせず自分の意見を言える人！！

ひろみさんが良くいってるけど、SPeakで働く人はみんなフラットで「U.F.O.」(User-Future Oriented）にユーザーのため、SPeakのためにしっかり意見を言えることが大切だもんね！

And also people who do not feel awkwardness to say their own opinion!

Mr.Hiromi always says that all people who are working at SPeak are equal. So it is imperative to state your own opinion as long as it's U.F.O, User-future oriented, for users and SPeak!

そうだね！またいろんな人と働けたらもっと楽しくなるよ！

Yeah! It would be fun to work with many people!!

僕もリソン君みたいな人とこれからも働けるようにしたいです！！

I am having alot of fun working with Lisong!!
