VE-TRI 3rd Year Anniversary Celebration (Feb 10)
On February 10, we proudly celebrated VE-TRI’s 3rd year anniversary together with all VE-TRI and HISSYO members.
The celebration began with an energetic Baratha Dance performance by kids, setting a lively tone for the event. This was followed by a speech from our CEO, after which the Directors shared clear updates on the company’s recent achievements and overall progress.
Leaders from each department, along with several team members, also shared their feelings about the company. They expressed their gratitude, personal goals, and commitment to contributing to VE-TRI’s continuous growth. It was inspiring to hear how motivated everyone is to learn beyond their assigned roles and to keep improving themselves.
Later, our Founder spoke about the company’s core values and foundational principles, and shared a long-term vision of building VE-TRI and HISSYO into a company that will continue to thrive for the next 100 years. The CEO also extended an invitation to passionate and talented individuals who may wish to join us in the future.
To close the celebration, VE-TRI and HISSYO members sang a selection of motivational songs in Tamil and Japanese, followed by heartwarming love songs—creating a joyful and memorable experience for all. We concluded the event in traditional Japanese style with Ipponjime (a formal closing clap), symbolizing unity and appreciation.
We look forward to welcoming more members to our team and growing stronger together in the years ahead.

2月10日、VE-TRIとHISSYOのメンバー全員で、VE-TRIの創立3周年を誇らしくお祝いしました。
イベントは子どもたちによる元気いっぱいのバラタナティヤム（Baratha Dance）で始まり、会場は一気に華やかな雰囲気になりました。続いてCEOよりスピーチがあり、その後、各ディレクターから会社の最近の成果や進捗について分かりやすく共有がありました。
また、各部門のリーダーや数名のメンバーが、会社への想いや感謝、自分自身の目標、そしてVE-TRIの成長にどのように貢献していきたいかを短いスピーチで発表しました。担当業務にとどまらず、新しいことを学び続けようとする皆さんの前向きな姿勢がとても印象的でした。
その後、Founderから会社のコアバリューや創業の原点についてのお話があり、VE-TRIとHISSYOを今後100年続く企業へ成長させていくという長期ビジョンが共有されました。また、将来一緒に働きたい情熱ある人材への呼びかけもありました。
最後は、VE-TRIとHISSYOのメンバーによるタミル語・日本語の応援ソングやラブソングの合唱で締めくくられ、会場は笑顔と感動に包まれました。さらに、日本の伝統的な締めとして「一本締め」を行い、団結と感謝の気持ちを込めてイベントを終えました。
これからも仲間を増やしながら、より強いチームとして成長していきたいと思います。
