Our focus is evenly split between clients and candidates; we make sure we don't simply put your CV in our database but we seek to build on ongoing dialogue that allows us to understand you and your career aspirations.
We will always provide what we feel to be the best advice to our candidates regardless of whether it will benefit us in the short term. We truly believe that if we are honest and transparent this will allow us to build a trusted and scaleable business.
A huge amount of the business we have done comes via referral from both clients and candidates; we feel this comes from us acting with transparency and integrity.
When we meet with you we will discuss not just background and technical skills but try to build up a picture of the type of environment you would enjoy the most and where you would enjoy working. This is of course a two way street and we also ask our candidates to think about not just the type of role they want but also specific businesses they are interested in.
When we meet a candidate we feel would be a great fit for a business we often arrange speculative and informal meetings between the two parties.
In this slightly unpredictable market we have found a proactive approach is absolutely necessary to allow our candidates to build up a few options before deciding on what might be the best move for them. Part of our approach is to map out weak spots in our clients' teams. This allows us to know several months in advance where opportunities may come up.
