We're the pioneer and market leader of Japanese subscription boxes.
Our goal is to share the excitement of visiting Japan with the world through monthly crates filled with candy, kawaii, beauty, and noodles. We started in SF with only candy crates, and have expanded to the four categories we have today. Our Japan office was launched in January, and we're currently looking to expand our Tokyo-based team.
なぜやるのか
We are young. We are filled with determination.
September 2014 was big for us. The birth of our initial crate, Japan Crate. With a little hard work, we were able to harness something we were passionate about and bring it to life. If there is one thread connecting everyone in the Japan Crate family, it’s that passion.
Our desire to spread Japanese culture to those around the world is what drives us. As a company, we strive to bring our subscribers, our family, ‘All Things Japan’.
We have been incredibly lucky and have grown beyond our initial offering of snacks and candy to now ship other Japanese products. Over the past two years we have launched three additional crates. Doki Doki Crate for all things kawaii, Umai Crate for all things ramen, and Kira Kira Crate for all things health and beauty.
