Our headquarters is currently based in Shanghai, China but we have deep Silicon Valley roots. We’re backed by Y Combinator (W13), SV Angel, Funders Club, Innovation Works, Infinity Ventures, Index Ventures, Kevin Hale, and many others.

We are Happiness Officers who do not only take delight in making users happy (by responding to their query) but are also passionate about seeing these users achieve success.
Happiness Officers are effective multi-taskers. They can talk to different users at the same time, can perform multiple tasks simultaneously, and still get their shit done effectively and efficiently.
They transform users into super fans, not just satisfied customers.
