I have nearly three years of experience in complex algorithm development for artificial vision systems including measurement systems analysis, pattern recognition, full project development lifecycle for the industrial automation sector.
- GM_Shaft
It is a complete machine vision inspection system of high accuracy to precisely measure various parameters of shaft. This system at first grabs images of particular portions of required parameters of shaft. Then processing those images, it displays the status of the shaft (whether that has any manufacturing defect or not).
- Solar Wafer Inspection
This is a high speed and high resolution Automated Optical Inspection machine to inspect surface and edge defects of mono-crystalline and poly-crystalline solar wafers and categorize and classify the surface defects.

I am very much excited and optimistic on the Industry 4.0 or fourth industrial revolution that creates smart factories by connecting machines, work pieces and systems; businesses by intelligent networks along the entire value chain that can control each other autonomously.
