My career started with very strong B2C fundamentals as these businesses were generating revenue from selling to individuals and small groups, therefore I grew with “Customer is right” mindset. The next step was to learn to manage customers’ as well as business priorities and always trying my utmost to create a balance, if the balance is hard to get, I need to put the business first.
