I am in charge of the daily calls and emails that comes in to the organisation. I had the opportunity to work for the Ministry of National Development in Singapore to help out during the COVID-19 crisis from April 2020 to November 2020 and rose to become a team leader. We had to manage upwards of 90 quarantine centres with a maximum of 30 thousand quarantined during our most busy period.
この先やってみたいこと
My objective is to learn more and to be able to help people at the same time. Currently I am on a B to C level of helping. Helping consumers by providing relevant information and assisting them on their visit. I would like to progress to B to B where I can assist businesses with their projects or day to day work.
