After being let go by my company in September 2020 due to the Covid-19 situation, i decided to start a career in IT, used my time and efforts to gain the CCNA certification on December 18, 2020.

-In charge of handling the second-largest FIT account, answering daily requests, and conducting the necessary research to arrange trips for luxury clients. -Developed complex trips on behalf of the clients' travel agency, working hand in hand with the luxury operations tea

-Responsible for B2B and B2C sales in the Latin American Market, potential client research, and the establishment of stronger business relations with existing clients. -Developed strategies to increase competitiveness on the target market.

After less than one year of hard work, i was able to get the JLPT N2 and graduate at the Fukuoka Foreign Language College, with the highest JLPT N2 score in my class.
