Assisting on preparation for photo shooting with stylists; repackaging items for outbound deliveries. Productivity was supervised daily by Operations Manager and weekly feedback reports were given to ensure that day-to-day goals were reached and work performance was as expected.

Providing customer service by assisting customers at the fitting room, finding the items requested by customers in the stockroom. Assisting on store replenishment and stock deliveries; being fully aware of what is going on in the store and ensuring that the good housekeeping standards required on the shop floor are sustained.
