YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Country Manager, this is a newly created high impact role responsible for driving customer engagement within the Singapore market.
You will be required to:
• Build on existing customer base and strengthen position with strategic customers via various touch points - responding to day to day inbound calls/emails, proactive outbound calls and onsite client visits;
• Work with clients in developing their employer branding and provide support in local content creation of customer’s company profiles and job postings;
• Ensure that content creation is engaging and relevant, which best represents clients’ brand stories and brand voice
• Identify customer’s needs and challenges and provide suitable solutions to effectively boost customer adoption rates and hiring success;
• Provide on and off site training and assistance to customers on the usage, value and benefits of the various Wantedly’s product offerings, with the objective of enabling them to be to self-sufficient;
• Develop and entrench customer relations and loyalty by ensuring excellent end to end customer experience and satisfaction;
• Kick start collection and building up of success client case studies for sales and marketing references;
• Be the voice of clients and provide insights and key learnings when collaborating with internal team members;
• Drive and effect change in each of the relevant department to reduce churn.
• Continually refine processes based on market research, industry’s best practises and competitors analysis
What we are looking for:
• A self-starter who possesses critical thinking skills and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision;
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team player;
• Genuine interest in driving customer engagement with proven track record in innovative copywriting/content creation, problem solving and process improvements;
• Prior experience in similar customer success and/or account management roles or work experience in tech startups and the recruitment industry will be advantageous;
• Strong English communication skills (written and oral) is required and Japanese language proficiency will be a plus.
