About the Role:
AdRoll Japan is now searching for a member of its newest role in APAC, Ad Operations (AdOps). This role is based in Tokyo and will require frequent communication with colleagues in Dublin, NYC, and Sydney. As a member of the AdOps team, you will manage ad campaigns in a high volume environment and act as the center of communication across several internal teams. The right candidate will be instrumental in providing value to our clients, and therefore integral to growing our business.
- Own all AdOps components of the client relationship including campaign launches, strategy execution, ad creation and utilization, and budgeting
- Work collaboratively with AE teams to develop, maintain, and grow current client relationships
- Directly interact with clients to execute campaigns and help them get the most out of the relationship and technology
- Troubleshoot and optimize campaigns
- Oversee and grow the team's relationships with internal support teams
- Maintain product best practice and quickly become an expert with new products.
- Very strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Japanese and English)
- Experience managing a high volume of tasks and comfortable with prioritization and time management
- Adaptive to change and the ability to learn quickly
1-2 years of campaign analyst or operations experience, preferably in the ad tech industry
Comfortable with SQL, Javascript, Tableau, and Salesforce.
