東京都生まれ。大学卒業後、AT&Tに入社し、米国ベル研究所が保有する通信技術を日本国内メーカーへライセンシングを行う。
大手企業向けデータベース提供会社であったSYBASE（現SAP）のマーケティング部門にてBusiness Intelligence事業責任者としてデータウエアハウス、意思決定システム構築事業を担う。
MicrosoftにてOEMマネージャーとして、日本国内メーカーとWindows CEを用いたIOTソリューションのビジネスデベロップメントを推進。
1999年 ベンチャーキャピタルであるサンブリッジグループのスタートアップに参画し、出資先IT系ベンチャーへのマーケティング＆セールスコンサルティング支援を部長として従事し、サンブリッジが出資するセールスフォースドッドコム日本支社の立ち上げを行う。
2004年 モバイル専門の広告配信会社（検索連動型広告/アドネットワークサービス事業）であるサーチテリア株式会社を起業し、代表取締役COOに就き事業推進を実施。
2007年 三井物産、SMBCベンチャーキャピタル、Ngi（ネットエイジ）と資本業務提携を行う。
2011年 GMOアドパートナーズ株式会社に同社を売却、イグジットを経験する。
2013年 投資事業を手がけるエイチツーホールディンス株式会社を設立、代表取締役として同社経営及び投資及び投資先ベンチャー企業への支援業務を行う。
2017年 ベトナムでオフショア事業を行うPrime LaboにCEO職として就任。
2024年 「Web3広告プラットフォーム」を国内外で提供するblocksky Inc.にCOO職就任。

In 2024, appointed as COO of blocksky Inc., a company providing a "W3AP(Web3 Advertising Platform & EventoChain" in the global market.
In 2017, appointed as CEO of Prime Labo, a company engaged in offshore business in Vietnam.
In 2013, established H2 Holdings Co., Ltd., an investment firm. As Representative Director, managed the company, oversaw investments, and provided support services to portfolio venture companies.
In 2011, sold the company to GMO AD Partners, Inc., successfully completing an exit.
In 2007, entered into capital and business alliances with Mitsui & Co., SMBC Venture Capital, and Ngi (Net Age).
In 2004, founded Searchteria K.K., a mobile-focused advertising delivery company specializing in search-linked advertising and ad network services. Assumed the role of Representative Director & COO and drove business development.
In 1999, joined the startup phase of SunBridge Group, a venture capital firm. As a Director, provided marketing & sales consulting support to invested IT ventures and launched the Japanese branch of Salesforce.com, a SunBridge portfolio company.
At Microsoft, as an OEM Manager, promoted business development for IoT solutions using Windows CE with Japanese domestic manufacturers.
At SYBASE (now SAP), a database provider for large enterprises, served as the Head of the Business Intelligence division within the marketing department, responsible for the data warehousing and decision support system construction business.
Born in Tokyo. After graduating from university, joined AT&T and engaged in licensing telecommunications technology held by Bell Laboratories (US) to Japanese domestic manufacturers.
