<Finance and Accounting> - Performed B/S, P/L C/F and cost or expense allocation analysis. - Supported Valuation for foreign insurance company, called EV “Embedded Value”, being charge of Expense allocation process and redesigned the existing allocation process. - Analysed cost allocation and reallocated its cost by making it transparent and simple. - Assisted a part of modelling process for financial institutions.
<Change Management> - Get involved in change management project by redesigning organizational structure or human resources as a best allocation strategy. - Planned marketing strategies for the client to acquire customers through market analysis or field marketing and interviewing stakeholders.
<Internal Audit> -Performed internal audit projects with the client’s internal auditor for multinational company. -Attended opening and closing meetings, and assisted with communication between the internal auditor and local client mainly for language support. -Assisted the internal auditor in performing sample selection, interviews, and sample testing to complete audit programs prepared by the internal auditor. -Supported translation of audit procedures from Japanese to English so that EY resources from outside Japan could work for an outbound internal audit co-sourcing project. -Assisted the engagement manager in reviewing and updating the client’s accounting policy.
<Internal Controls> -Assisted the senior staff and conducted interviews with local management to perform walk-trough of business cycles including cash, payable and inventory. -Performed control testing for business processes including cash, payable and inventory, and completed testing documentation under the supervision of the project manager and senior. -Performed observation of SAP system settings and performed access control testing under the supervision of the project manager and senior. -Cleared review comments made by the project manager, and completed the preparation of control testing.

Since the start of the service in November 2013, we are increasing the user at the center of New York.
<Practice contents> As a member of start-up to lunch EastMeetEast, I took after a wide of businesses ranging from industry research, competitive analysis, strategic planning of new business, website launch after the marketing strategy, sales, implementing effective promotion, by contributing to business expansion.
