AI時代の「人生のOS」という発想
私たちは、もうすぐ「仕事」という概念そのものが根本から変わる時代に入ります。
AIはすでに、文章を書き、企画を考え、デザインし、コードを書き、医療や法律の補助まで担うようになりました。
そんな時代において、「何をするか」よりも、「どう在るか」が、はるかに重要なテーマになり始めています。
私たちは、こう考えています。
未来は、もう「働くこと」が中心の時代ではない。
未来は、「在り方（Being）」の時代だ。
仕事がなくなるわけではありません。
ただ、「意味」が強く問われるようになるのです。
AIが仕事を奪う、という言い方があります。
でも正確には、「作業」は消えていき、「魂からやりたいこと」だけが残っていく、ということだと思っています。
これからの時代に本当に問われるのは、
誰と、どんな世界をつくりたいのか
自分は何に心を動かされる存在なのか
どんな人生を生きたいのか
という、内側からの問いです。
にもかかわらず、私たちは今も、
学歴
職歴
スキル
市場価値
といった、外側の物差しで人生を決め続けています。
ずっと違和感がありました。
人生には、「進路」ではなく、「方向」が必要なのではないか。
この問いから生まれたのが、「ゆめかなう」というプロジェクトです。
ゆめかなうは、単なるキャリアサービスでも、単なるマッチングプラットフォームでもありません。
これは、
自分は何者なのか
どんな世界を生きたいのか
その方向に、どう進んでいくのか
この3つを統合的に扱う、「人生のOS（オペレーティングシステム）」をつくる試みです。
私たちは、人の人生には少なくとも3つのレイヤーが必要だと考えています。
ひとつ目は、自己理解。
価値観、魂が本当に求めているテーマ、無意識のパターンや才能。
ふたつ目は、成長と再教育。
AI時代に適応するためのリスキリング、知性と感性のアップデート。
みっつ目は、機会との接続。
副業、複業、プロジェクト参加、転職、共創。
この「機会との接続」を担うプロダクトが、「ゆめかなうクラウド」です。
ゆめかなうクラウドは、単なる副業・複業マッチングサービスではありません。
私たちは、副業をこう定義しています。
副業とは、「別の人生線に触れるためのポータル」である。
いきなり転職するのは怖い。
でも、今の人生にはどこか違和感がある。
何者かは分からないけれど、何かが違う。
そんな人が、安全に、段階的に、別の世界線に触れられる装置。
それが、ゆめかなうクラウドです。
仕事はゴールではありません。
仕事は、自己表現のひとつの形にすぎないのです。
AIの時代、「何ができるか」はすぐに陳腐化します。

これは、誰にも代替できません。
私たちは、こういう時代に入ったと確信しています。

私たちが目指している世界は、とてもシンプルです。

Why We Are Building “Yumekanau”
An OS for Life Direction in the Age of AI
We are entering an era in which the very concept of “work” is being fundamentally rewritten.
AI already writes, designs, plans, codes, and even assists in medicine and law. In such a world, the question is no longer “What should I do?” but “How should I be?”
We believe this:
The future is no longer about work.
The future is about being.
Work will not disappear.
But meaning will become the central question.
People often say AI will take jobs. More precisely, tasks will disappear, and only what truly comes from the soul will remain.
In the coming era, what truly matters are inner questions:
Who do I want to build the world with?
What truly moves my heart?
What kind of life do I want to live?
Yet we still define our lives by external metrics:
Academic background.
Career history.
Skills.
Market value.
We have always felt something was missing.
Life does not need just a career path.
It needs a direction.
This question is the origin of the Yumekanau project.
Yumekanau is not just a career service, and not just a matching platform.
It is an attempt to build an operating system for life that integrates these questions:
Who am I?
What kind of world do I want to live in?
How do I move in that direction?
We believe a human life needs at least three layers.
First, self-understanding:
Your values, the themes your soul is truly seeking, your unconscious patterns and talents.
Second, growth and re-education:
Reskilling for the AI era, and continuous updates of both intellect and sensibility.
Third, connection to opportunities:
Side projects, portfolio work, joining projects, career transitions, and co-creation.
The product that handles this third layer is Yumekanau Cloud.
Yumekanau Cloud is not just a side-job or freelance matching service.
We define side work like this:
Side work is a portal to another possible life.
Changing your career all at once is scary.
But something feels off in your current life.
You may not know who you are yet, but you know something is not right.
Yumekanau Cloud provides a safe and gradual way to touch another timeline of your life.
Work is not the goal.
