Combed data from a national study in the United States for important statistics. Arranged statistics into tables and visualized statistics for publication purposes.

Collected survey data from up to 1000 participants from across Singapore schools, and interview data from about 20 teachers. Informed the Ministry of Education of the impact of mentoring practices in Singapore through conducting statistical hypothesis tests and data visualization. Performed validation on survey instrument so that Singapore has her own instrument for measuring new teacher efficacy and identity.
