Expanding our popular Challenger Recruitment to hire for Fall ‘18!

At AMATA we hire new employees with a “Challenger Recruitment” system rather than the usual recruitment system that targets recent college graduates.
Challenger Recruitment has several merits, one of which is that new hires can join the company during the fall season (October).

This system is well-liked since new employees can join the company immediately without waiting until April of next year. This hiring process includes graduates from foreign universities, people who have already graduated, and employees who are coming from other industries.

Starting yesterday we expanded our recruitment ads with the website “MyNavi Tenshoku” (We took the initiative to use a career transition site like this for employees coming from abroad or from different industries). So, our popular recruitment process is taking new applicants for October!
