What is Singularity all about:シンギュラリティ理論について：

During recent years, a theory that has been debated among scientists and engineers more and more fiercely which is called: The Singularity. Ray Kurzweil, a futurist, author and director of engineering at Google, Alphabet, Inc. explained the theory this way “Singularity is a future period during which the pace of technological change will be so rapid, its impact so deep, that human life will be irreversibly transformed.”

近年、科学者とエンジニアたちでますます激しく議論されている理論は、シンギュラリティ (特異点)という理論です。未来学者、作家、そしてGoogle,とAlphabet, Inc.のエンジニアリングディレクターであるレイ・カーツワイル氏は、このようにこの理論を説明しました。シンギュラリティ(特異点)とは、技術変化のペースが非常に速い、その影響が非常に深く、その時点が来ると、人間の生活が不可逆的に変化を迎えます。

In fact, this theory is NOT new, some other scientists and engineers have been raised up several similar ideas like it; however, the technology several decades ago was just not sophisticated enough to support the idea.
