An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the world's only Michelin-starred ramen restaurant – Japanese Soba Noodles Tsuta. Based in Tokyo, Japan, the restaurant is the brainchild of second-generation ramen chef, Yuki Onishi. The restaurant is slated to open its first overseas outlet in Singapore come November 2016.
