Conducted B2B sales for imported Italian wines, managing client relationships with restaurants and retailers across Japan. Actively handled product presentations, tastings, and order coordination as a core member of the sales team, ensuring smooth communication and customer satisfaction.

Served up to 300 guests per day during peak weekends and holidays. Advised guests on Italian food and wine pairings; passed the WSET Level 2 in Wines to deepen product knowledge. Translated the restaurant menu from Japanese to English to assist foreign tourists and improve customer experience.

Worked in a high-traffic Italian gastronomy shop on Rue Mouffetard, serving 100+ customers daily, including locals, expats, and tourists. Promoted premium Italian products, helping increase daily sales by offering tastings and storytelling around culinary traditions.

Lived with and supported a French family, assisting with the daily routine of a 15-year-old teenager, including school drop-offs by car. Prepared meals (lunch and dinner) and took care of household responsibilities, such as cleaning and dog walking.

During this period, I combined part-time B2C retail work with a strong focus on language learning and cultural preparation for living abroad. Gained hands-on experience in customer-facing roles across various retail environments.
