Just By Chance / Freelancer and Artist
Filmmaker, Graphic Designer, Photographer, Illustrator, Teacher. As an artist and designer, I combine 21st Century technologies with traditional media in projects large and small. From simple 2D visuals to full-4K video and animations, I find great joy in breathing life into clients’ thoughts and ideas, to bring them into reality and share them with the world.
Currently seeking out new and exciting opportunities in art, design, and multimedia fields. Hungry for a chance to delve further into a dynamic industry/position and hone my skills with graphic/visual design, animation, and videography.
Actively doing graphical, video, animation, and photography work over the past 10 years.
- Use creative skills and teamwork with various teachers to develop a multitude of English lesson plans and activities in a fast-paced environment with regular deadlines. - Utilize public speaking skills and improvisation to lead and guide classes of up to 30 students with
Collaborated closely with creators of a microbrand clothing campaign by taking product photographs. Performed both onsite and studio shoots of branded clothing designs. Those photographs were then used in a successful online and social media campaign.
Four years of academic study in a multi-disciplinary setting featuring a wide range of fields. Classes included technical course like, video production, animation, vector illustration, and 3D modeling. Additional participation in classes on design theory and history. Specialization in the field of Graphic Design, Video, and Animation.
A semester long Japanese language and culture intensive program. Part of the University of California Education Abroad Program. Classes included numerous intermediate Japanese courses in reading, writing, and speaking. Additional elective classes in Japanese culture were also available.
Four years of secondary education involving various AP courses in multiple areas. Advanced courses include AP US History, AP Environmental Science, AP English, etc. As well participated in extracurricular and volunteer activities, largely involving the use of videography, and editing.
Hillsdale High School / High School Graduate
I was the editor and secondary videographer for the short film meant for the graduating class of 2013 at Hillsdale High School. The film was intended to be shown at the final school rally event and moved many to tears during its premiere.
