Richa has over 8 years of experience in Consumer Retail industry. Most recently, She worked for over 5 years as a Group Manager with Aditya Birla Group, a leading conglomerate group in India. In her latest role, she was managing portfolio for luxury International brands. The role encompassed end-to-end responsibility of brands business including planning & buying season collection, devising sales strategy, inventory management and leading marketing & promotional activities. Academically, holds an MBA (Retail) from Birla Institute of Management, India. She is based out of Singapore (has work permit) and is available on immediate basis.
