Supported Employment and Pre-Vocational Rehabilitation Programs in Wisconsin: Differences Satisfaction Amongst Users, Employees and Funders (Master’s Thesis)
The purpose of this evaluation was to compare satisfaction levels of Pre-Vocational Rehabilitation and Support Employment programs in Wisconsin. Users/clients, employees and funders of the program were surveyed to help determine which of the programs are better. Overall, it was found that Supported Employment programs were more satisfying to each group of participants. However, the low number of response from each group led to the recommendation that no action be taken from these results. Instead, the study should be conducted again with face-to-face interviews.
