Chatbiz / Lead Software Engineer
I built a WhatsApp shop assistant that allows customers to place orders, check schedules, and manage their requests directly via WhatsApp. The system combines a chatbot with human agents, handling tens of thousands of customer interactions across orders, shipping, promotions, and inquiries. This solution reduced customer issue resolution time from 60 minutes to under 10 minutes.
