2022年、早稲田大学社会科学部の学部長・教授陣が主催する「社会デザイン論入門」のレポートコンテストにおいて、優秀賞を受賞しました。このレポートでは、物理的なコワーキングスペースが抱える「ユーザーと運営者間の非対称性」という課題に焦点を当て、その解決策としてWeb3技術の統合を提唱しました。提案したモデルは、DAO（自律分散型組織）を運営の根幹に据えるものです。利用者がトークンエコノミーを通じてオーナーシップとガバナンスを獲得することで、空間の価値向上に主体的に参画。これにより、従来の「場を借りる」関係から脱却し、コミュニティの活性度そのものが資産として持続的に循環する新しいエコシステムを設計しました。Web3の「信頼の分散」という思想をリアルの空間に実装し、「場所」と「コミュニティ」の境界線を再定義したこの提案は、技術のトレンドを単に追うのではなく、「テクノロジーで社会をどうデザインし直すか」という視点が評価されたものです。 In 2022, I received the Excellence Award in the 'Introduction to Social Design' Report Contest, hosted by the Dean and faculty of the School of Social Sciences at Waseda University. This report focused on addressing the asymmetry of power and value that exists between operators and users in traditional co-working spaces. My solution was a proposal for a next-generation community model integrated with Web3 technology. The core of the concept was the implementation of a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization) for governance. By allowing users to acquire ownership and active participation through a token economy, I aimed to transition the space from a rental model to a self-sustaining ecosystem. The community's contribution and quality become the circulating asset. This proposal was recognized for its visionary approach: not merely adopting tech trends, but using the ethos of Web3—the decentralization of trust—to redefine the boundaries between physical space and digital community, demonstrating my capability as a genuine Community Architect.
