Ph.D. candidate on a molecular genetic laboratory. My task were to generate with mutant ad transgenic lines of A. thaliana with top notch molecular biology techniques and characterize them biochemically and physiologically.

Research assistant position. The position required me to analyze stock of mutant with miniPam and dualPam to make an initial screening of several lines. The most interesting lines were later shared with different lab members for further analysis.

In charge of the experiments and the comunication of the results between Padova and Kyoto University. The experiments were focused on the biochemical characterization of the antiporter KEA3.
