Project Cost: ~ USD1.5Million Project Scope: Volante Ticketing POS, Volante ePayment, Zone Controls, Volante F&B POS, Volante Retail POS, Volante CRM Points Systems, Event Management System, RFID Solutions, Traffic Counter, System Integration Brief Description of Project: - My job duty was to provide a seamless E-Wallet system integrating with existing system to enable Visitors, Members, Attractions, Traffics, Sales etc of having an enhanced cashless experience. This system addressed and rectified the need to carry cash at the theme park activities. It was a key component for the boost of sales and bottom line & created informed choices thru data collecting & analysis for the client. - To improve, integrate and deploy RFID system at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park with a Profit-Sharing Business Model. - The solution covered over 200 points within the park, and revenue for Sunway Lagoon was increase 4x times in the first year after the system was deployed.
