As the driver for the consolidation and streamlining of the APAC Genetically Modified (GM) processes into a global process, I managed to complete the full consolidation within 1.5 years. The key to completing this project without any delays is through effective risk management and communications between different stakeholders. Due to the sensitive nature of the transfer, negotiations and compromises are made throughout the planning phase to ensure that all concerns have been addressed accordingly without compromising the laws and regulations of different affected regions.
