The project spans 100 acres with 4000 Vaastu apartments in 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK sizes from 1200–2500 sq ft, starting at Rs 1.47 Crores. It has 36 towers, G+32 floors, 4 corner units per floor.
