THE DECK OF CARDS AT BRISCOLA Briscola, also known as Brisca, is a simple slot card game that can be played with two or a maximum of six players. There is no color compulsion in this form of play. The 40 Italian playing cards are unusual here. These are divided into four different colors and show swords, cups, coins or staves (clubs). The values are also different, ranging from one to seven and also contain three picture cards per color. These would be the king, horseman and queen. As in any card game, the cards in Briscola have different values. The ace is ranked with 11 points. The king gets 4 points, the horseman 3 and the queen 2 points.
