IBM Watson chat bot
As a part of IBM watson team, we dedicate to use Machines learning skills to develop a chatbot for reducing the CRM cases(Supporting cases/ log). We expected this chabot with IBM AI Watson techniques. I'm in charge of Dialog development and trying to use user experience perspective to build a human-like chatbot. I'm responsible for the dialog design, focusing on the logic of workflow and dialog flow. We build up the structure of Watson and implement it in to our support portal
